These terms may be updated from time to time — see Changes below. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.

Tryatria is a free, no-signup tool for generating ad-creative images. You describe what you want in a text prompt, that prompt is sent to a third-party AI image-generation service, and the service returns an image you can download and use.

Tryatria does not run the image generation itself — it is the interface that sends your prompt out and shows you the result. It does not manage ad accounts, does not place ads on any platform, and does not connect to any advertising account.

The site is free to use, with no account, subscription, or credit system. Because there's no paid tier and no service-level agreement behind it, we make no promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability — the underlying generation service, the network, or the site itself can be temporarily unavailable, slow, or return an unexpected result.

The site and its output are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

When using Tryatria, you agree not to:

• Submit prompts intended to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or adult/sexual content.
• Request output that imitates a specific real person, brand, or copyrighted work without the right to do so.
• Attempt to circumvent the anti-abuse checks or per-IP rate limits, including through scripted or automated bulk requests.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the site or the generation service it relies on.

We may block or rate-limit access that we reasonably believe violates this section.

You're responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the images that come back — including making sure any ad creative you publish complies with the advertising platform's own policies and applicable law.

To the extent the generation service's own terms grant you rights in the output, Tryatria does not itself claim ownership of images you generate through it. We're not a party to how you subsequently use that output; that responsibility is yours.

Because the same or a similar prompt can be submitted by more than one visitor, and because generation is handled by a shared third-party service, Tryatria does not guarantee that any output is unique to you or has never been produced for another user.

The actual image generation happens on a separate, third-party service that this site links out to. That service has its own terms of use and its own privacy policy, and your use of it is governed by those, not by this page.

This site may also link to other third-party pages, for example in blog posts. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryatria and the people who operate it aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the images it helps you generate — including damages arising from output produced by the third-party generation service.

Nothing here is meant to exclude liability that can't legally be excluded where you live.

You agree to be responsible for, and to hold us harmless from, any claim arising from content you submitted as a prompt, or from how you used the resulting output — for example, a claim that an ad you published infringed someone else's rights.

We may update these terms from time to time, most often to reflect a change in how the site or the generation service it links to works. The current version is always the one posted here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, to the extent your local law allows that choice.
